. Simple as that. There's no need to come into a public forum and offend people who were attracted by the idea of a promotion. I was interested in the K10 way before Black Friday, but no discount would make want these CIEMs again thanks to these unsavory exchanges. That's the point I'm trying to convey. You're never paying money for just a product, you're paying for an experience.
Exactly, coz the whole thing started because of that and a promise that was made a year ago when Noble was just founded and they couldn't have known how things will work out a year later. And let's be honest - mentioning a promotion a year in advance on an internet forum is not exactly legally binding or making you a bad sport if you don't honor it.
You call their post narcissistic, one can call yours being full of self-entitlement.
I don't think we should be discussing this whole thing anymore. You have your views and opinion and other people have theirs.
But talking about experience - Brannan is awesome and I personally haven't seen better customer service and communication in a long time.
P.S. and you dog remark about him was ridiculously uncalled for and offensive but I won't argue about this anymore.
