This is the latest email from Quail.

"As for your order, I do not have a confirmed date to you. I know that it is to arrive on our dock within the first two weeks of July, which means that it will leave the factory the last week of May or first week of June.

Once we have confirmation from the factory that it is on the boat I will be able to let you know."

We may have the cords (hopefully) sometime in the 2nd week of July.

Hi, sorry no bank transfer option. I recieve the money and make the orders, but the cords will be shipped to a different head-fi member (in the first group buy, this person is strohmie). He will in turn ship the cords to you. You will only need to pay 1/2 of the cost upfront and pay the rest when the cords arrive in strohmie's place.

Yes, there is some risk involved. If I turn up to be a scam, you risk loosing your $6. Worst case scenario is that there is a connivance between me and the other head-fi member in charge of shipment and you lose $12

Anyway, I have a verified paypal account which means paypal has a record of an address and bank account number if something does go wrong with my transactions.

I'm interested in 10-15 pieces, but before I plunk down my money, I'd really like to know how the cable is constructed internally. The info in this and American group buy threads is not sufficient. I'd really like to see one dissected with pictures.

What's the deadline for this Euro group buy?

Nothing is for sure now, just an interest check to see if we can reach the required minimunm order or 100 pcs.

The guys in the UK use 3 prong plugs which I guess need a European adapter.
