Muse MU-15 MKII Class T amp (15 @4 ohm)

I'm probably going to upgrade those to topping amps.
 
 
I'm split on my options. Ideally I want a decent headphone amp, with pre-map out puts to control the two amps. However I guess i could do with a DAC as well. So is there an all-in-one:
 
Headphone
Pre
DAC 
 
any suggestions please? 
 
 
Budget? Around £100 but i can stretch it
 
I was looking at the Bravo Audio Ocean amplifier, but I would need a DAC on top of that. That's means 4 boxes and a lot of cables!!
 
any advice or suggestions would be helpful. 

I think it is going to be pretty hard to find awesome gear with all three of those properties in your price point.

Thanks for getting back. I'm bi-amping the speakers at the moment. I guess I'm not desperate for a headphone amp, but i thought that a proper dedicated headphone amp would be better than the headphone output on either of the topping amps. 
 
Any options for a DAC/Preamp for around £100?
