I need a headphone that is in the $100-$150 price range and has these traits:
CLEAR SOUND (Things that you wouldn't hear with normal headphones)
GREAT BASS ( Enough to be kinda bumpin, I mostly listen to rap but I have an open love for all genres so something that'll make them all sound good)
COMFORT (so comfy I won't even know I'm wearing them after hours of listening, traveling)
OVER EAR ( hate on ear!!)
ISOLATION/NOISE CANCELLING ( I don't want to hear anything around me and I don't want people to hear my music!)
DOESN'T NEED AN AMP
SHORT CORD ( just not a like 10 foot long cord something like that)
Yeah that's about it! Please help I don't have long to choose :frowning2:

Cant go wrong with the CAL (which is over ear by the way)
basically a denon D1100
I have a feeling you are a bit of a basshead and these are pretty good in that respect, they have a lot of mid slam and retain a fair amount of sub bass rumble.. the sig is fairly V shaped though so mids are a touch lacking and treble is a tad metallic sounding, though at this price range i wouldnt be complaining. they also have a fairly decent soundstage.. my Major issue is that the Denon D1100 easily break, i have no idea if the CAL is the same.. but id stay away if they are going outside everyday and have the same build as the Denons.

There aren't many options in that price range that fit all of the criteria.

If you have small ears, you might be able to find a pair of Phiaton MS400 in your price range, which actually do fit all of your criteria, assuming you can fit your ears in them right.  Very comfortable if you can, not so comfortable if you can't.

Go for a Creative Aurvana Live!. Definitely the best contender for what you want.
