I have V-Moda M-100s,and Atrio MG7s. The M-100s are for when i go on vacation, and drives longer than one hour. The MG7s are for general travel. Now what do i use at home?  There are two options...

1:Get XB1000s (or Pro 900s,havent chosen yet. All depends on how cheap i can get them.)

2:Get a digizoid and make do with my M-100s and MG7s

I'm 13 and can't get a job so i'll probably have to wait like 1-2 months to be able to get both, and i'm not a patient person.

Hey your younger then me! I can't believe it. I thought I was one of the youngest on this forum. Anyways, the answer to that question depends. Are you a die hard basshead?

I'm not a "buy ten subwoofers and turn them on max volume output" basshead. But i like my bass. And yeah, looks like i get to bear the title of "youngest head fi'er".

Well, I personally think that M-100s are better headphones than XB1000, and Digizoid will boost the bass even more... I say buy a digizoid because you already have a nice pair of headphones.

What are you using as a source? Ipod? Android phone? Good chance a headphone amp would be an improvement in bass. If you are trying to boost the bass with your media player EQ, the built in headphone amp may be running out of dynamic headroom. I'd look into the FiiO E11 over the Digizoid. Better SQ.

Have you seen the portable amp shootout reviews by ClieOS?

Hi OP! Maybe Sennheiser Momentum? It's bassy but definately least in comparison but this one, you get the mids and natural timbre

Hope this helps!

I thought I was the youngest at 17 lol! I guess back in the day there was an age requirement.

Anyway, I'd recommend the ath ws99! I actually have them and they're really good.

I'd also recommend the (headphones I don't have) fidelio x1 or jvs ha sz2000/1000.

I joined this forum when I was 14 but hey! Age doesn't mean anything~ there's no age limit for loving audio gears and music anyway.

Looking forward for your full review on the JVC headphones XD
