I have been thinking about doing this thread and I think is going to be fun.
So if you have only 1000 usd or gbp what will you buy with it and why.
Please only one item, can be anything electronic: DAP, headphones, speakers etc.
1.I will choose iRiver Astell and Kern AK120 for the design,UI, sound and battery life.

At the moment, I'd probably buy a pair of LCD-2s; they'll probably pair very well the Centrance HiFi-M8 I have on order, making for a great transportable/bedroom rig, and judging from impressions they suit my sound signature tastes very well.
