Hey new here.
About me: I LOVE Hardstyle and mostly only that. I have a desktop and use most of my free time on listen to Hardstyle. I have a pair of ROCCAT Kave - Solid 5.1, fine headset to gaming. But i dont play games anymore. So im lookning for a very good pair of full size headphone to hardstyle. im not a basshead, but does like good bass in headphone

My sound card is build in my motherboard

I have looking at AKG K701.

Budget: max 350 $ on headphone, and 150$ on amp.

The ohm rating is the impedence of the headphone. Bigger ohm means harder to drive (need more voltage) but also it reduce the effect of the output impedence of an amplifier, which is what you want. You might get a good price on the DT900 pro (250 ohm), but keep in mind this version has a coiled cable and the clamp force is bigger than the Prenium model (600 ohm). Otherwise, they are the same.

As for the amplifier and source, something like a Fiio E10, Aune T1, Audioengine D1 or the Schiit Magni and Modi are all good options under 200$.

I hope I helped a bit.

Okay. There just a problem i cant get the Aune T1 shipped to Denmark. so i go for DT990 250Ohm and Fiio E10. Its also suit my budget better. But it still way better to what i got now: Roccat Kave 5.1 with 20-20kHz and 32Ohm.

But are the DT990 an open Headphone, So the sound is coming out of the speakers?

Yes they open, so they will leak sound on purpose. But don't get me wrong, it's a good thing. You will understand once you put the headphones on your head and start playing some music.
