Can someone who has used both of these give me some pros/cons to each? I am using them on my mac.  Will prob get the Audioengine DAC to go with either of these. I bought the Bowers & Wilkins MM-1's based on the reviews (could not try before I buy) Dont like the way the built in DAC colored the sound, and they are also way too soft. Also if there are any other recommendations that are comparable I am open to other suggestions.  Any info would be great. Thanks.

I really enjoyed these reviews:

I would also suggest taking a look at the PSB Alpha PS1 power speakers:

Cool. How do they sound?

Amazing! They were better than the Audioengine A5+ (sounded a bit.. artificial to me). Oddly enough I got an older version and a new one (ordered online), there's a slight hiss coming from the old one at idle but since its sitting next to my desktop I don't really mind it. They fixed the hissing static noise with the newer revision.

The only way to tell if you got the revised one is the green dot on the UPC bar code on the box. Hope this helps!
