Hi Folks,
I am looking for an entry level portable Amp/DAC for use with IEM (I plan to buy the T-Peos H-200s soon!) and an iPhone. I will want to utilize the DAC so I am buying a iPad camera connection kit for use with a jailbroken phone. I think this will work.
I have been looking at the Hippo Cricri+, The Ibasso D-Zero, and the Sunrise Ray DA-P1.
My biggest concern is whether the Amp/DAC will drain the iPhone battery. Both the CriCri+ and the D-Zero have an on/off switch for the charger but I don't think the Ray DA-P1 does, which is too bad because it looks like a really nice machine.
Does anyone have any insight on all of this?
