I am using Decibel and the sound quality comes across much much better than iTunes.
The interface though, is pretty ordinary and your still need your iTunes for cataloguing. In the last few days that I have used it, it has crashed on me 3 times so reliability is still a concern. But I going to keep using it purely from a music quality point of view.
