So I currently have the Beyerdynamic COP's and I was very interested in purchasing a portable amplifier to go along with them. Ideally, I would like to spend $200 or less on this amp, and it would need to be USB since I would be running it out of my MacBook Pro. Any ideas?

I don't think it would really be worth it to buy an amp for the COP's. Its 32 ohms if my memory serves correctly.

Fiio E10 would fit the bill as an amp/dac but then again you could run the COP out of your Mac directly and be fine.

The COPs are 16 ohms. They definitely don't NEED an amp by any means. You could grab a Fiio E11 and be good to go. Anything with low output impedance will do -- meaning no high end desktop amps. They hiss out of my Lyr... not that I was surprised. But they seriously sound fine straight out of your device.
