Need some help with equipment for FiiO E10

First of all, the USB cable that comes with the E10 is ****, therefore i need an alternate to that one but i am not sure what kind of USB cable i need.

Secondly, i need a new SOLID(!) headphone jack (standard input) for my Gradio 325i.
