Hi guys, firstly this thread is to moderators of this forum. I want to figure out what to do in my situation.
 
Plot: I bought these headphones http://www.head-fi.org/t/637300/akg-k167-ti-sto-brand-new-in-box from user miow, who is banned now (idk why),
I've sent 100 eur as a 1st payment, because there was a problem with headphones (the fissure appeared and he made me a discount).
But about 2 weeks ago he said that AKG distributor in Portugal was willing to replace headphones, so price raised back, 
I accepted to wait, though he didn't even ask me, and aleady sent headphones to akg distributor for replace.
 
Now after 2 weeks I started getting nervous. I don't know how contact seller because he's banned (I was trying to send emails on his paypal adress, but he didn't answer)
According to miow's good traders feedback I hope it's not a scam, but I ask moderators to help me (at least to figure out his real email, so I can contact the seller)
Another question - is he going to be unbanned someday?
