Thanks

Their shipping is slow, and some of their products are not authentic.  However, they have been responsive, all my orders got to me correctly, and even the not-authentic connectors and what not are of good enough quality that it doesn't much matter.  If you believe that stuff like OCC copper definitely sounds better than regular OFC, then I'd be a little wary about sinking a bunch of money into their OCC wires, but I'm sure it will all work just fine.

Same opinion as above, everything I've ordered from them arrived, although slow shipping.

ok...slow shipping is fine as long as its here by thr time I'm home for spring break in march :D

I'm only getting paillics connectors so as long as those are decent it should work fine

thanks so much for the responses

Pailiccs are great, I also recommend the shiny liton jacks

I'll look into that.  once I get better with my soldering / cable skills I'd like to attempt a nice braided DHC cable with some viablue connectors or something outrageous haha.  for now, I think paillics and other less expensive ones will do.  I managed to find a paillics 4 pole TRRS jack which was EXACTLY what I needed.  Lunashops literally has everything I need for this mod haha.

Good luck, diy is good fun, with pailiccs heat and flux is important to get a good joint, but being quick too,  so you don't end up melting any if the plastic inside, it will take a few plugs before you get the hang of it

Newer peanut should be the same as old bowling pin, they have a slightly smaller opening than old peanut. The Linton are in between old and he peanut opening I think.

I received Music Heaven HD800 connectors with 5mm diameter barrels and black finish. After installing with 8 wires (yes, 8 wires/4 wires per side), I am amazed with the pins and the strain relief parts that were included. The cable is definitely more than just functional

Prior to purchasing, I asked them a question about shipping and they emailed me back within 24 hours. The shipping is slow since Lunashops is based in China, but it's worth the wait!

Sorry for the gravedigging, thought I could share my recent experience with Lunashops. It's bad. The Bluetooth adapter that I bought from them stopped working after a few months and they are not answering to my emails. Wouldn't recommend.
