Hi I'm new.
My friend can sell me either one of those for 50$. They both look great and sound pretty good.
Which would you pick?

I'm never gonna buy fake stuff again. My Folex didn't last long, and my gordan shoes got chewed up by my dog so easily.
neither, I might as well roll a copper wire, attach it to some cable and encase it all in a shiny plastic I can get my hands on and wallah headphones, save $50
Then what headphones should I get?
I like Good Bass
Not hideous looking
Not very big
Strong Cable that's not very long
Why on earth would you come to an audiophile forum with a question like this? What do you expect us to say? Go for the Beats Pro because it has a red "b" on the earcup which obviously makes it the superior headphone...? It honestly makes zero difference what we say because at the end of the day you're wasting $50 purely on looks, and looks are so subjective that you'll probably end up getting what you wanted in the first place.
well you already listened to them, im assuming, so why ask us?
Get a real Crossfade LP.
I got sennheiser hd219 today from bestbuy.
Yeah I'm happy with them so far. Although the bass is quite weak. Can someone recommend a good amp or something to boost the bass? I was thinking about buying a Fiio amp. Please help.
Fiio E11 or Digizoid ZO.
Can someone recommend a good next pair of headphones to get under 100$?
If you want bass, closed-type should suit you better - JVC S500 or S600
But if you like open or semi-open HP's, then Creative Aurvana Live or KOSS UR55
PS.. older HD228 had quite deep bass, strange that similiarly priced newer HD219 lacks it when actually it should be targeted at it... Try to extend headband and let them lay on lower part of your ears, the sound on these greatly depends on how you wear them...
And if it won't be enough, before wasting your money, try to EQ them, these HP's are not the ones which are crying for AMP...
