I would like to thank you all for your kind words, and support. The transaction with Alex, aka "Bring ME TO Life" has reached an amicable ending. The Equinox is on its way to Stefan AudioArt for repair, and he has been given the original stock cable. I believe Alex and I have left the transaction on good terms. I'm not sure if he's the type to leave feedback, but I shall be leaving positive feedback for him. With a small, but politely worded language barrier caveat.
