Hello world!

I'm new to IEMs.  After doing a ton of research here and elsewhere, I recently decided to invest in a pair of Rockit Sounds R-50s.  (High praise from techno kid was a deciding factor.)  I was really impressed with the sound and isolation.  However, the right channel got very quiet last night as I was adjusting the right earbud.  My ears were a little moist from cleaning.  Considering the experience of others with this model, I'd be very surprised and disappointed if this turns out to be a defect or permanent failure.  I've tried several different sources, and have made sure both nozzles are clear of any wax.  The sound that does come through the right earbud is full range, but very quiet and a bit muffled.  The set is in nearly new condition; the wire and all connections appear to be fine.  I also notice the right earbud seems to be making a tighter seal now, could a vent be blocked somewhere?  Is it necessary or possible to clean beyond the little screen which protects the drivers?  Any idea what might be causing this problem?

Thanks in advance for any input
