I have 300$ to spend on headphones. I need advice on what to buy. I listen to every type of music but I particularly enjoy lana del rey, gaga, soul, rock...
Thanks a lot in advance...

I like the Logitech UE6000 a lot. It has NC and passive mode.
There are too many possible options... It would help if you could specify what qualities you value most in osund reproduction - do you place more value on bass, mids, treble, warmth, detail, dynamics, extension..? The problem is that headphones can sound very, very different from each other while remaining very high quality at the same time, so choosing one that suits you depends largely on your personal taste. Both Etymotic headphones and Sennheiser headphones can sound superb, but the former are much leaner, cleaner and more analytical, while the latter much warmer and arguably more fun. It all depends on what your idea of good sound is for a specific application.

Totally agree with Pianist. Can't really tell by just the music type. We need to know if u like in ears or on ears along with the type of sound you want coming from the phones.
