The amp is called AT-HA7000BTL. Release date and just about everything related to it is unknown. Pricing is supposedly "not that expensive", likely around 100,000 Yen. 
 
It contains:
USB(Async)/Coaxial/Optical DAC 32/192
Balanced headphone out.
Line out to be used as DAC
 
However, no specs for it or pictures has been released yet. The thread said something about photos were not allowed at the site or something similar.
 
Would hope it will be a new design, instead of a possible HA5000+DAC. It also does suggest that ATH will start releasing balanced headphones since this amplifier will have an balanced headphone out.
