Best high-quality comfortable headphones for non-portable computer usage

These are the one's to consider:
Home use, unamped, closed, under $100. Sennheiser HD 280 Pro. Sony MDR-V6/MDR-7506. Sony MDR-D66SL Eggo, Sennheiser HD 212 Pro.
Home use, unamped, open, under $100. Sony MDR-CD780. Alessandro MS-1. AKG K240S. Grado SR80, Sennheiser HD 497.

I think I would go for the AKG K240S if you can find them somewhere for around US$100, or the Sony MDR-CD780. I haven't heard either of them and I'm just going on what I have read around here.

i second 3lusiv3 suggestion,

I think the this are very good canditates for your use.
Sony MDR-V6
Senn HD-280
Sony CD780

The 240s are nice and very very comfortbale. Get the Studio version with an impedance, i think, around 80. There are two other versions, one has 600 ohm and the other one around 300. Both of these hardly can be driven unamped
