The speaker in my left BA4 monitor at the top is loose and just rattles around 
I don't think it could have chosen a worse time to break, Cosmic Ears seem to be at a very busy point. (Even busier than normal)

Has anyone been able to contact cosmic ears? I've been sending them skype messages one of which was replied and a mail, but none of my questions have yet to be answered.

Last response I had was Thursday, but did have a follow up saying "We are currently experiencing an unusually high demand in the number of emails and requests we are receiving. Due to this it may take us a few days longer to reply to your email, we apologise for this inconvenience, we will ensure to answer all emails as soon as possible."
They are probably busy setting up the uk lab right now.

I've already applied for store access, I want to be in on the ground floor for the micros. CIEMs are an elegant space saving solution but with the new cable these are even more so.

I applied for BA1 access and it took less than an hour for access to be granted, while my initial BA4f request from ~October (which I'm not currently going to buy) is still unanswered.
It is April, I'm hoping there will be some big news coming soon.

I assumed it was a site issue and I'm not one for pestering through emails, especially when you are super busy.
The to be announced micros will be getting my attention and suit my current budget, in addition to a being great introduction to custom and IEMs.
