I still have to confirm with my boss (I am returning to work from vacation on monday) but I think it should be OK but still to be confirmed.
 
It has to be on a week-end to be able to use a room. I don't really care if it's the 18th, 19th, 25th or 26th.
 
If I got the green light for the room, we can show up and leave at anytime but I am not a morning person so don't expect it to be at 7:00 in the morning!

I was under the impression it was for sure going to be the 25th since if it changes I will need to update my time off schedule at work which has to be done 2 weeks in advance.

GL1TCH3D asked me how many spots were still open. I said 7. So I have 3 confirmations so far. One official and two unofficial (rattesp and dleblanc343 that came to my house last friday).
 
Just to make it clear. I will not refuse one or two headfiers after the mark of ten. I just don't want the situation to be out of control.

Do you have to confirm a date when you'll ask for the room? Or can you be granted permission, and confirm the exact day later on?
 
If we have permission to use your location, it will limit our dates to week ends. As you said, it will either be 18th, 19th, 25th or 26th. From the look of things, it looks like 25th and 26th are tied at first place, with some people unable to come on Saturday, and other unable to come on Sunday. But still many people voted for other days. So once you confirm we can use your location, we should reset the poll and open the discussion on which day will be more appropriate.

If I receives a positive confirmation for the room, any date will fit.
