I can't wait to see reviews of these things, it has a nice price point for reference in ear monitors and the Martin Logan brand, but by the specs on paper they don't seem so amazing, like I said, can't wait to see those reviews :)

Per the ML Facebook page, it'll be available through their dealers.. not sure if the B&M's will carry it, but there are plenty of authorized online dealers (Amazon, Newegg, etc.)

Just checked with MartinLogan, they ran out and said most dealers will have them back in stock by end Sept.    Good news is that Best Buy will carry them, so if you don't like can return within I believe one month.

I ordered a pair mid-last week from Audioholics & got a tracking email stating they shipped today.  So luckily, it seems I got in right before many resellers' stock ran out.  I'll provide impressions upon arrival.

Mine arrived today.. I'll have some extended impressions late tonight.. but initial impressions are very very VERY favorable.
