PCM1792 TI D/A chip - not too bad. 24/192 always good.

My guess is it will be priced below the Cube and Mini-i - maybe $220?

I wonder if this DAC then will follow the M-Stage Amp in being a clone of a famous design but at 1/4 of the price of the original?

That is a really cool looking stack. (•‿•)

was looking into getting a bifrost but now that i've seen this i might just wait.

Tam Audio, where I bought my M-Stage amp, has the DAC for $300 now. Other than the price, it's the same info and pictures as above.

I though it will cost about 250 :(

Hmm would this be roughly the same level as a bifrost?

Also interested in how it compares to the Bifrost.  This is the cheaper option: $300 (I believe includes shipping) with USB input.

Had a M-stage amp.  Sold it and got a Lyr and was very much looking forward to getting the bitfrost soon.  Now this...
