is this a complete scam or is it a legit site?

No, you most probably won't get them. I bought 5 pairs of fake beats (for friends, one pair of pros for me) on sites like dealextreme, dhgate and mcbub. They are pretty much the only sites where you can have a guarantee the phones will arrive. I had a friend not trust me and buy a pair of beats for 160$  (versus the 80$ they cost on dealextreme, he thought they would have to be real) from a site that's really the same as the one you linked, o believe it was this one : http://www.fakebeatsbydresalesonline.com/
and he didn't get anything. Fortunately paypal covered him, but he would have lost 160$ if it hadn't...
So no , i don't suggest buying anything from that site :D

Btw, discussion of fake goods is prohibited on HF, thread's gonna be probably locked soon :wink:

NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE..
I PURCHASED 2 BEATS SOLO,AND IT IS THE WORST HEADPHONES I HAVE EVER SEEN.
NO SERIAL NUMBERS,TERRIBLE QUALITY,IT IS NOT EVEN A GOOD FAKE,AND THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED DEALER ACCORDING TO MONSTER..
STAY AWAY.......

Are you serious of course they are not a authorized dealer they sell fakes, Monster is not going to authorize dealers to sell fakes.

Such a fake website. Many like it on the internet. Stay away from retailers like this. I hate that people get ripped off like this. Mind you, this is coming from a guy that has fake Beats ON PURPOSE. Social experiment, don't worry about it. :) Anyway, just do what was said earlier: If you are gonna get a fake pair, go through eBay for protection. That's what I did.
