Best amp around $100 to get the best out of a Denon A HD 2000?

I wanted to buy an amp to drive Denon AHD 2000's. I will be using the amp with a HTC phone or Ipod touch most of the time. I want to keep it $100 or under. Any good suggestions?

Denon AH-D2000 are easy to drive (25-Ohm)  and apple products usually come with a decent DAC (Digital to Analog Converter).

So an external add-on amplifier might not improve the audio that much.

Order a Fiio E11 portable headphone amplifier, from a place with a good return policy.
