Velour earpads for HM5

Hey guys,

 

Anyone have any suggestions on where I can find/buy new velour earpads that will work with the HM5/Jaycar headphones?

The Shure SRH940 velours are said to fit the Jaycar/Fischer pretty well. They're $24  on Amazon.http://www.amazon.com/Shure-HPAEC940-Replacement-Velour-Headphones/dp/tech-data/B005OM06RG

Or you can order them right from Shure for $14.99 (plus shipping), for me it works out to $21.99 to Chicagoland.

I REALLY hope it is two.  Otherwise...  I will just get one.  Because I just ordered it today.  Fingers crossed.

 

The description does say:  "Replacement ear cushions"  plural, sooooo....  hoping that means a pair.

 

 

EDIT, I am going to try and contact them first thing tomorrow morning to ask.  Funny, the US Shure center is only 20 minutes away from my work.  I could have just drove there.

Called Shure this morning.  The nice man on the phone told me that http://shop-us.shure.com/products/productdetail/HPAEC940+Replacement+Ear+Cushions/part_number=HPAEC940/5159.0.1.1.18062.102463.0.0.0?pp=12&  Is for a pair of replacement Velour pads.  Sooo  now I wait and hope that he was right.

 

 

 

EDIT:  Yep.  Got a pair of them for $22 (after shipping).  Cheap and fast.

So the Shure ones has increased in price, looks like they are 24$ now? Does someone know a retailer that ships internationally (europe)? Regards
