Does anyone around here have a Beyerdynamic T1? I'd love to bring my Bifrost+Lyr and audition it if possible. It's probably the next one I buy, but it won't be for quite a while. It's spendy, even if you get one for $800. But I can imagine it's everything my DT880/600 is, to the next level. Anyway. WE MUST DO THIS!

I really don't have much for gear but hopefully by the time this comes up I'll have the HE-400.  Maybe an ALO Pan Am by then as well?  Either way I think a get together would definitely be a good thing.

I can secure a place downtown St. Paul for a meet, just need to know the date.
 
Let's settle on that first, I'd like to propose Feb. 2/3, would that work for most of you?

I hope this comes together.  I just got the HE-400 yesterday and I have an ALO Audio Pan Am scheduled to arrive tomorrow.  I'd love to share them and get other perspectives on gear.

I want to try to hear he-400 i never own it before so did you try another headphone in HE?

I've been wanting to try it as well. I want to buy it but I don't want to drop $400 on a headphone if all it has is "audiophile" bass. I'm hoping it can at least satisfy a moderate basshead.

me too I want to try it too but  the headphone cost too much and i really have no idea how the sound is....
