Heard from The Price Pros again.  It looks like they are going to give me a full refund and they are not requiring me to send back the condoms.  Hope everyone else is able to get a full refund as well.

Good to hear! It was a bit ballsy of them IMO to even ask you to return them, so I'm glad that Amazon clearly got involved.

So, I received my pink box of condoms today...

.... LOL. What were these idiots thinking? It would have been better for them to just cancel all of the orders - I would think - if they didn't have the merchandise. Anyway, I sent them a nasty email and demanded a full refund, and of course, I filed a claim with Amazon.com. I also mentioned the rest of you who I know were bambozzled. I have to say that this is the first time something like this happened to me after ordering too many audio products to name. I'm confident Price Pros will be handled justly and quickly by Amazon.com. I expect to see my money back soon. I'm glad it was only $22, but the nerve!

Happy listening.

LOL!! Welcome to the party. Well please write a scathing letter to Amazon.com like I did so that they can remove Price Pros from their "featured seller" list forever!! Again, welcome to the club!!

eke2k6, also make sure you leave them a bad rating and the 1 star (can't give them 0 stars). We need to bring their ratings down so no one else will be suckered.

Already done. As long as they refund my money, I don't mind. I needed to restock anyways...

We need to verify the info internally.

In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience.

We need to see if it was a mistake with the order, or internal info, or with the warehouse.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns or questions you may have.

Wow. That's a horrible business practice. It's not the consumer's responsibility to find out where exactly the fault lies with the seller. Run an internal investigation on your own time and refund the money. You know you made a mistake. Give the money back first and then find out who screwed up.
