Hi there,
 
I was thinking of buying the CKS77's in black:

From you guys - however I had several questions:
-How long shipping would take to France?
-What happens if there is a manufacturers defect on the product after 9months? Do you guys cover the warranty? If so, for how long on this product?
-Will there be any customs, import tax, coming from Hong Kong to the EU/France?

Please understand that we do not entertain satisfaction guarantee type of returns in order to keep best possible pricing for everyone to enjoy. So please conduct more research online to make sure the product is the one you wanted.
 
These guys see you as an informed buyer. I like to now think. You guys got informed. Enjoy your newest fellas.

I am sure they will answer your email. Well they do say that they will take care of refunds on a case basis. SO. I suppose that is something similar to that. They do have a rma process on their web site.That is for defective products it says. So they do have a warranty.  The return process is payed by them and everything. Sounds good to me. .. You guys try looking on Amazon.uk? Do they sell them?

About accessoryjack.com, you should see my previous post in this thread where I place a link where you can see that they are NOT known for selling AT fakes, even though they are not an authorized dealer.  That is a good thing to read about AJ.  Do not take a chance for such a little amount of money.  You should be happy that you have found a supplier with a low price, such as AJ even if it is not the lowest price that you can get.  But it is very close, so you got it made!

I remember reading your post Alberto :)
I just want to know how long it would take - as in would it be worth going the faster route via ebay is what I'm really after.

What weakness or perceived weakness could there be in the ATH-CKS77 that would cause someone to be disappointed with them as compared to other IEMs?
 
What sound trait of the ATH-CKSS77 is not on par with other IEMs?

My last comment about AJ, was a reply to danny93's inquiry about buying from an eBay seller.  It was not meant to convince you to buy from them.  Your case is a different one.  About your concerns, I know that buying from eBay vs buying somewhere else, does not make any difference concerning delivery time and import duties.  The place it is shipped from could make a difference, but even that is not a sure thing.  In my experience, tracked mail from China, takes 21 days to be delivered to my destination in the western hemisphere.  Part of that time, is taken by internal delivery of incoming mail in my own country.
