The CCXR is 200hp more potent, has a proper stick (that's useable), and weighs 800lbs less. Frankly speaking, someone's been spending too much time sniffing the ink on the McLaren press releases.

Why do I want a LaFerrari, then? Because it's rolling sex, Minka Kelly in carbon fiber and aluminum (if you haven't watched Almost Human, you need to do that). No, I don't think it'll be a favorite car to drive... but, **** that, look at the thing.

And Im a teenager XD Its supposed to make me want one really really badly but it sorta fails abit........ Maybe Im getting old :p The Alfa 4C on the other hand.....

Got up at the smack of dawn, before that actually, to go see an Alfa 4C this morning, but the thing was cancelled due to an impending snowstorm. It isn't here yet, just show the damned car and quit being whiny brats about it. Geez. :rolleyes:

If that had been a Koenigsegg instead of an Alfa, they would have been *hoping* for snow. Swedes aren't happy unless they are chest deep in snow.

Looks like impending became reality. Fear of the unknown does wonderful things to the psyche.

That's an interesting monster, and it was made by Lotec, the guys who made my 288 GTO replica. Originally $500k, it's up for sale for a "scant" $250k. Heh. No.

They missed the mark on that one. It looks nothing like a real F40 in any more than the most superficial shape.
 
I think the GTO had a distinct advantage in what it was based on. Rather than trying to turn a TR which bore very little if anything in common with the 40. Might have been better off to try with a 512BB instead.

today a sign showed up in the nearest filling station. "up here, alcohol,tobacco and firearms is not a government agency. it is a convenience store!". true to the word in fact. even funnier, while I was there a gentleman with 95% of his teeth.......missing, said to me is dat wun od dem 4-r-e's?(it was a lp-640). man, I love it here!
