Hey all,
I've been looking at a nice set of earphones to use when I'm out jogging with my iPod Touch (it's a 4G, if it makes any difference). I currently have a set of Sennheiser HD215 over-ears which I love to bits but they're not exactly practical when I'm jogging mainly because of heat and perspiration.
I'm looking around the range of about AU$100 and the set that I was drawn to immediately was the Shure SE215, but I've been reading a lot of bad reports regarding the quality of the connectors...some people have said it was a bad batch in mid-May last year but even current reviews are coming up with the same problem so it's kind of drawn me away from them. The other set I was looking at was the Audio-Technica ATH-CKM77.
I listen to a whole range of music but my "genres of choice" as such when I'm on the move are Metal, Rock, Drum 'n' Bass and whatever multitude of sub-genres Deadmau5 goes under
