Hi!
I decided to start a new thread because so much of you asked this many times about the popular Audio-Technica ATH-M50.
When I was reading reviews and doing research for new headphones, everybody told me to buy these. Well, I have it now, and yes, they DO need a lot of burning-in time, but the SQ you get at last is excellent.
So, before I bought them, I had a final question, has A-T really changed this product, especially the bass while they repacked it or maybe just the box is what looks different? I sent an e-mail to my local dealer in Hungary, who contacted the original manufacturer. It took some time, but Audio-Technica stated that nothing has changed, just the packing.
I am just transmitting the response to you guys, this is what Audio-Technica told me.
Best regards, and keep buying M50s. They worth it.
