After doing some research i have found that i am pretty hooked on the denon hd-2000's. I was also wondering if there were any other headphones out there in that price range that you think are better. i listen to quite a bit of hard rock and rock but also a pretty good bit oh rap and hip hop. i am also spending $100 on a portable amp for them too. I was thinking the Fiio E11. If you have any info please post back. thanks

Ya i figured that out after i posted i am getting the Ultrasone HFI-780's anyway.

Hey DPhelps.

I have the Denon HD 2000s and i have an E11 - which in my opinion is a very good match. I have certainly found an increase in quality!
