Hmm - paid for faster shipping ($40+!) but it was shipped via USPS 6 - 10 shipping...

 

Is that the faster shipping to Canada..? I may have preferred to save the money..

 

Unfortunately, yes. I found this out the hard way when I shipped my Sennheisers.

Although I too would be pissing myself with excitement, PLEASE go thru the steps with prepping these for review e.g. burn in & proper allowed usage time. You may be putting one of the first impressions on head-fi and it is paramount that your impressions be well founded as A LOT of people will be reading it. no pressure.

There has been way too many in Holidays lately in Japan yesterday, Hong Kong last week and Columbus day today that is messing with customs clearance/shipping.  Some more M-100s got stuck in customs I heard due to all the holidays.

My order has shipped! My order has shipped!   *does the Happy dance* atsmile.gif

 

I went with USPS Express (6 - 10 days), but I live in Australia, so it will probably be 10 working days from today @.@

 

That gives me enough time to thoroughly spit-polish my portable sources tongue_smile.gif

 

PMP: iPod Classic 5.5 G / Cowon J3 / iPod Nano 6G / iPhone 4S

AMP/DAC: FIIO E7

 

Will be interesting to see how they sound on my Cowon J3 (my favorite PMP to date) given all the talk about how the M-100 benefits from amping. The J3 doesn't have line-out so unfortunately amping is not an option here. I'll post my impressions once I've had a good listen to them.

I'm hoping this was just a typo in my email, but it says:

Express should be 3 - 5, and priority should be 6 - 10, from what I've heard. Should I assume a typo? When I follow the tracking number, it just says:

Mine shipped Thursday with UPS 3-day shipping, it also is getting screwed up by the holiday and the estimated date to arrive is this Thursday. I definitely don't blame you or your company for this, just unfortunate timing for shipping is all. Still excited though! Thanks for all you've done, you definitely deserve an awesome vacation after this!

The info not available was the same on mine until it went through its first stop... Now I am getting standard tracking info.

3 day shipping started on thursday? so it doesn't really start shipping til tomorrow then.

Why do you think that? According to the tracking info it did start shipping out on thursday, and and got as far as Ontario, California by Saturday. Theres been no new update except to give me an estimated reciept date.
