I got almost all the razer mats and mice , just keep changing between them , and about the moisturizer.......no comment. Please update us about your findings  and synergy between the 650 and the DX100. The ebay seller does not ship out of US, so its a down for me, anywhere I can get it with a bargain online?

I find it inconsiderate to others, who are trying to learn about the DX100 to make posts that are totally unrelated to the topic. What good does it do them except discourage them from trying to read through the posts?

Please stick to topic or post where the off topic is appropriate.

point taken... but sometimes a lil humour breaks the monotony of sorting the bugs, do you not think?

ok ok think I already know the answer so I'll toodle off to the naughty corner

I understand and I have been off topic some myself. I am trying to think of others who give up in frustration after reading pages that have nothing to do with the DX100. Too bad we can't have a sub section for off topic while waiting as there are a number of people who have been brought together here because of the DX100, so it is nice to socialize.
------------

I have noticed that if I shut down all but the very necessary programs on the DX100, the sound is cleaner, IMO. Any thoughts on this?

I think maybe that now we have the wiki, that is the best place to keep all the good stuff. A BIG FAT LINK to the wiki on the first page of this thread can get people straight to the distilled goodness.

Truth is this thread is already 4749 posts and most of it is off topic. It's the nature of Head-fi and likely the reason so many spend so much time here.

Good suggestion. The BIG FAT LINK , as been placed on the first page. :^)

1) Agreed. Let's try to keep the thread (mostly) on topic

2) I get ZERO pops, crackles or anything after rooting & trimming my DX100 as per the guide I posted.

On another note - I now have 95 hours on my DX100, how much more should I expect the sound to change? I'd say 80% of the change I've noticed so far took place within the first 6-8 hours. I'll let it play through the night and then I'm tempted to stop the controlled burn-in and just lean back and enjoy it.

People have reported burn-in effecting sound up to 200-300 hours of use....

I know, I've been here from the start of the thread and that's the reason I've been meticulously keeping track and letting my DX100 play through the night

...but people have also reported how brilliant their special cables sound from the DX100. I'm not really expecting a night and day difference from here on in
