I'm sorry to hear that (and I don't mean purely for my own sake).
Perhaps the strain of getting the modifications implemented, and the packaging and shipping, for so many orders, in order to meet the promised deadline, may have led to employees being asked to work major overtime (I am intimately familiar with this kind of scenario, since I used to work for a small firm, producing sub-contracted products, to tight deadlines, as one of approximately 20 employees. If we failed to meet the deadline, then the firm would fold, so we were expected to work 90+ hours per week, for several months. Needless to say, morale was at 'below-optimum levels', not to put too fine a point on it). I hope matters can be resolved amicably between management and employees, as this kind of situation is an unhappy one for employees, management,
and customers, alike.
All the best to everyone at iBasso - both employees and management - we all appreciate your hard work!
