Oh wait, I think I watched something similar to Kara no kyoukai before.
There was another anime, where a boy could see "lines" where things would break if he stabbed the point. So similar ability to this main...what was it again?

Oh and both characters who can use the mystic eyes are named Shiki

Kara no Kyoukai - Ryougi Shiki
Tsukihime - Touno Shiki

Oooo on the reviews, someone gave Tsukihime a 2 (on myanimelist)

I don't really remember too much of it though, so I can't judge. But I assume you guys can assess his opinion.

Have to agree with most of his points. In fact, I don't even like the art (yes, 2003, still not my style and certainly not as good as VN). Would give it a 4-6 though, think he's just being a bit harsh for the sake of it.

VN is pretty solid. Still confusing on purpose at times (or maybe I'm just stupid, most likely that), but everything else, from art, to characters, really makes up for it. Do you know how many times I played the Akiha route?

To be honest, if you can keep up with it, then sure. Could probably finish in a day if you don't sleep or shower. Oh wait that's what I do everyday. Not that I watch anime during that time.

When marathon-ing, I just seek through all the boring bits. I usually watch an episode of anime in 5 minutes nowadays.

Not sure if anybody saw the PV for the second half of Robotics;Notes - couldn't find any discussion on the PV whilst searching the thread - its going all Steins;Gate again in terms of pacing. Second course resumes only on the 10th though. That's quite possibly the same day as the release of my national examination results and subsequent application for scholarships - ergo, no watching the episode in which stuff is likely to get real for a few more days. If its not the results that are going to kill me, it would quite possibly be the wait. But that's all secondary.

For now, I present to you Isaac Asimov's 'I, Robot', the Will-Smith-free anime - I mean, - the Robotics;Notes PV.

Also, Frau Bow is sure a great influence to children.

Is it getting any better? Watched the first 4 episodes, then jumped off. Sorta liked Steins;Gates, so that's not too deterring.
