I've been searching for my first headband headphones for quite some time and headfi.org has been a big help so far.
I have come down to two headphones and I'm stuck unable to decide for one :/
 
first the AKG K 171 MK
 

 
 
and second the Ultrasone DJ1

I want to use them at home and while traveling in the Subway and spend 130€ max.
 
My question to you guys:
-> Which one would you recommend to me?
-> Do you have an interesting alternative?
