Hi all,

So I have LAME version 3.98 installed on my Mac right now which I installed via Thalictrum's installation package. I currently use Blacktree's iTunesLame to rip CD's to LAME MP3-encoded files. However, I noticed that a new update to LAME is out (3.99) and I was wondering how to go about installing this new version on Mac OS.

I have practically zero experience with the Terminal.

Thank you for any help or suggestions you can give.
