HD380pro is a good headphone, with a big soundstage for a closed headphone and big bass. Isolation is excellent and you can drive it with just an ipod/iphone. The ear cups can support any ears.

thank you for the reply! Are they comfortable?

hum, the headphone is quite comfortable but the headband is a bit strong imo, but I have not necessarily a small head, lol. HD380pro is robust and nicely finished for the price.

I currently have the Denon D1100 and I highly recommend it for portable use. I have big ears and these headphones are really comfortable to wear. Sound is really really good, wide soundstage and deep bass. Well if you don't like music with a lot of bass then this is not for you. Because sometimes it overpowers everything but you can adjust the EQ to lower the bass.

Btw, I heard the Sony MDR-ZX700's are good alternative to D1100. Some headfiers said its better sounding and cheaper.
