Just got a Nuforce Icon HDP, liking the sound so far, there's however one really annoying thing, when starting and stopping playback and seeking there's a 2-3 second delay, no matter what software I'm using for playback or if I'm using ASIO/WASAPI/DS. Same thing with video or just playing the test sound in Windows7's audio settings. Once the software is playing music there's no delay between tracks, as long as it's playing uninterrupted.
 
Anyone experienced anything similar? I have a somewhat similar "issue" on my HTPC with a Cambridge DAC over USB. It takes a few seconds for audio to sync up with video, but that seems more reasonable and doesn't really bother me as much.

It works flawlessly on my MBP so I guess there's some USB-compatibility issues with my workstation.

In case anyone finds this thread, I've solved my problem. It was a mouse driver/configurator from SteelSeries that was causing the issues.
