Are the Monster Turbine Pro Copper right for me?

Damn now the battle is between W3 and SM3 (v2?)....maybe anyone has tested both and want to give me some impressions?

Thanks.

Edit: I forgot another thing. I will probably listen to these babies for 4-5 hours a day (while working), so comfort must be a priority.

I'm in the same place as you Pipponzi! I actually started my quest by looking at the MTPC, but eventually narrowed my choices down to the W3 or SM3v2, although I'm also still thinking about the UM3x also. If you get a pair before me I'd love to hear your thoughts on your final choice.

The thing that worries me about the W3 is some people find them too bright at times and this is a characteristic I'm looking to avoid.

I have the W4's and the UM3X, as well as the Coppers.  The UM3X have a deeper bass, but it's nice and tight.  I find them extraordinary for rock and jazz.  They may be my perfect IEM.  The W4's are brighter, less emphasis on the mids and a leaner bass.  I would definitely go for the UM3X's.  I do think the Coppers are great too, but only if you pay way under retail and don't try anything farther up the food chain.

I have the IE8, MTPC, TF10, and, just got the W4. I get them from an authorized dealer either used, or refurbished.  I did send the MTPC back to the company as they broke.  They promptly sent me a new unit.  I'm just starting to play with the W4.  They seem to have slightly less bass than the others, but sound "brighter".  I like the overall sound of the MTPC over the other IE8 and TF10.  But, I gotta tell you, at this price point, they are all nice sets.  It's like looking at TV's.  You go to a store. Agonize over every nuance.  But after you bring it home and play it for a while, the differences for most people are negligible.  I'm sure the other sets are great also.  I do like the fit with the W4.  Good luck.  Try not to lose too much sleep over the choice
