AD797BN vs AD797BNZ

Hi everyone,

 

Looking at going with either the AD797BN (DIP, hard to find) vs AD979BRZ (soic on browndog soic->dip adapter) for my meier concerto amp.

 

i've seen posts that claim the AD797B is superior to the A.

 

Is there a difference between the AD797BN vs AD797BRZ ?

 

Does anyone have a source to obtain the AD797BN ? A few folks from china sent me quotes but am not sure what would be a reliable source for these. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Whichever you can get a better price on, I say.  I've never compared the two, but I doubt they are all that different - after all, they are the same grade.
