Hello, I'm planning to upgrade from the CX 880 to a full sized headphone, and given the experience that the more expensive CX 880 didn't sound better than my previous (now broken) CX 300, I'm not keen on spending too much anymore.
 
So I've come to the HD 203 and HD 205 II series, wondering which would suit me best. I've also had the HD 202 once before, not sure anymore how exactly it compared to the CX 300 I bought after that. 

My preference is a warm, colourful sound, with bass clearly noticable but only as far as quality and clearness remains preserved. Highs should just be regular to clear, but not too metallic sounding. Device to use with will be a Windows Phone within the next month(s), perhaps I should combine the headphone with a portable equalizer amp?
 
Which of both would you recommend me, or if there is, which other Sennheiser headphone would you recommend that's still near the price range of the other 2?
