I dont know, the k701s wernt loved by all, but the t50 received far more mediocre reviews

It would be better with the same options as the 770/880/990 instead of the fashion leather.  I don't care for the T50p, but I'd love a DT1350 in this color scheme.

Maybe that's why? Although it's more likely that this sells better than we think based on it's reputation on this forum.

Not a big fan of the salmon leather but this configuration makes me sad that they aren't supposed to sound that great:
