Alright everyone, I've been using koss portapro for my lifting and running days, but now since I'm lifting in a public gym I need something with isolation.  I have a pair of Meelec M6 that I really like, but I can't use them when lifting because of the microphonics from my heartbeat/pulse goes through the cable into my ears.  It ruins everything

So, I'm looking into a closed headphone now.  How would the PX200-ii sound in a gym?  I listen to mostly hip-hop and metal.  I have a pair of PX100-ii I use at work, and I have no problems with the way they sound.  But, they wouldn't work for the gym either since they're open.  Do the PX200-ii isolate well enough to be used in a gym that has radio playing over the speakers?

Any other recommendations?

Also, the only ones I can find have a volume control thing, do these come without the control, just a straight up headphone and wire?
