I'm looking for some decent earbuds for around $15-25 dollars. I definitely don't care about looks, just quality and functionality. I've been reading that the Meelectronics M9 ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0038W0K1G/ref=s9_simh_gw_p23_d1_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=18GPX7818YB658X230M8&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846 ) earbuds are great for the price. But what's the BEST value on the above price range when it comes to pure sound quality?

Edit: I might add that I own Skullcandy Ink'd right now, and I'm not much of an audiophile so I'm just looking for some decent earbuds, nothing spectacular.
