Audiophiles in Dubai?

Glad to see this thread is active, when i started posting here, its was a big desert, but there is a user who don't post a lot but he got me to post here, thanks to him

and thanks to Punit for buying my Audio-GD Master 9,  it got this thread going, because for us users from UAE, selling and shipping international is way expensive

not to mention that we can't demo stuff, but at least now after we buy heavy stuff, we get to sell and share the experience in this thread.

ofc thanks to the others who helped me to make this thread alive, Montnari as well :D  one of the 1st people he helped me with this thread ^^

ViVa La Dubai Audio Thread and keep sharing people ^^

are you sure? it does cost nearly 50 000 AED, so you have to save for a year or two (little by little ofc)

Sorry, I was referring to Yggy (if you ended up buying it.) I have no interest to any D-S DAC at the moment...

Hey guys i am selling my WA7 + WA7tp , i would say the dynamic really improved a lot with the WA7tp, and there is a Tube Rolling options, 12AU7 tubes.

Sadly they don't sell WA7tp in Dubai Audio so i had to pay 80$ extra to get it here, but its worth it!!

as usual i wanted to test the updates out of curiosity lol, yet this one almost had me for ever, i loved it more than the Ragnarok amp by a huge margin.

i offer it for a very cheap price (as usual the Shini cool deals >=)  )  1000$ + free shipping !! :D

a new unit will cost 1400$ + 100$ (EH Tubes) + nearly 180$ Shipping, so you are saving 680$ here ^^

i also offer the best two tubes for this unit yet sadly not for free because i am planning to buy this amp 100% when i move out of RAK and Work in AD,

i am selling because CIEMs don't do 100% on Desktop amps, they sound very nice but they need portable amps to be driven right -.-''  if i was able to use HD800 i would keep it 100% yet i can't cause noise in the house with Speaker like headphones :<

anyway the two tubes options are:

Mullard CV4300 , they are good all rounder and some people call them the best option.

RCA Clear top , this one i like because its Forward and Dynamic, its will make the system on the bright side, a lot of people tend to avoid that sound sig on head-fi so they go with Mullard, i am the odd one who tend to like forward and energetic sound,  dont get me wrong the tube is epic and smooth

i paid 100$ for each set , shipped them from two sellers for 67$ each , but as usual i offer them for a good price and free shipping ofc, yet feel free to contact me.

here are WA7tp review + tubes options reviews , they were so good they made me buy one, but dang i am a CIEM user :<  who can't use desktop headphones for now...... T_T

and updated with more tubes on this page

i am really sad for letting this one go,..... but i will buy this setup again when i move to AD and get my own place were no one nag about the noise my speaker like headphone does :p

TL;DR: 1000$ + free shipping , with rare super Tubes options for sell if you are interested in them.

Note: my tubes are from upscale audio and tubesworld, not from Ebay.

Chord Hugo by usb is much bassier and in your face sound than + conceroHD via spdif but more raw
resonessencelabs as a converter add 'musicality' (sorry!) and harmonic richness. It also make all sound more analogic! And I like very much
Long story short I d rather listen straight from the hugo hip hop and some electronic and bassy music
Hugo +converter :Jazz and everything else

Medesky+ shipp - Scotty hard radical reconstruction surgery . Such an amazing album. There is everything, except jap pop! I like this with both!
I love my setup!

+1

i agree on the Hugo being the best for bass and electronic, and the bass on it on a super different level.

it will make you think you are listening for bass for the 1st time in your life.
