So after finally completing my Etymotic collection this afternoon with the purchase of the HF3, I have come to the conclusion of:

• First place ER4-P
• HF3
• Harman/ Kardon EP730 (Modified with iPhone controller cable )
• ER-6i ( Modified with iPhone controller cable )
• mc3
I listen to mostly Flac audio files on my iPhone 4 with the “Golden ear app “, and mostly Classical and Jazz with NO EQ. I would have to say to people that are looking to purchase Etymotic’s for the first time, don’t even bother with the mc3’s and go straight for the ER4-P’s or HF.

I'm not surprised ER4-P is at the top.  It is the most accurate and neutral monitor.
